The max.power single cell OPzS battery is a vented stationary battery with liquid electrolyte (diluted sulphuric acid).

The maximum capacity range of up to 12.000 Ah makes it possible to assemble the battery without extensive parallel structures. Therefore max.power batteries are optimal for supplying high currents over a long time like in central IT/ Telecommunication systems.

Based on the new redesign as DIN-product in accordance to DIN 40736 part 2 HOPPECKE max.power batteries give highest compatibility by changing existing battery systems or integration in case of enlargement of already existing batteries.

HOPPECKE single cells of the max.power type series have a live expectancy of up to 20 years and a cycling expectancy of up to 1600 cycles with 80% depth of discharge.

It is recommended, caused on the high electrolyte amount and the extensive refilling procedure, to use HOPPECKE max.power single cell with HOPPECKE AquaGen^® recombination system to reduce the number of water refill procedures on a minimum and following this, even to reduce the maintenance costs. In case of using HOPPECKE max.power single cell with AquaGen^® recombination plugs water refilling is drastically reduced, and following this, even a total abdication from maintenance is possible.
