HOPPECKE at the railway trade fair InnoTrans 2008 in Berlin
This year too, HOPPECKE has been a successful exhibitor at the leading international trade fair for railway technology, InnoTrans in Berlin. Once again HOPPECKE has shown how flexibly it can react to the needs of the railway business, while attracting an extremely positive response to its appearance at one of the world’s major engineering trade fairs.
HOPPECKE has positioned itself as the partner for efficient system solutions involving railway batteries and is therefore well prepared to meet the challenges of the future. It is backed up by one of the largest research and development departments in the sector, and by its own extensive sales and servicing network providing top quality customer care.. Three technical systems from a single source – making possible the ideal solution for each customer specification. In addition to the fibre-structured technology - known as FNC® for short - for extreme requirements, introduced in 1983 and still unique, HOPPECKE also offers lead-acid components and the advanced nickel-metal-hydride technology, the most sophisticated form of alkaline battery for industrial applications. In 2008, in terms of exhibition area and the number of exhibitors, InnoTrans expanded considerably. Its great importance is also shown by the 86.000 specialist visitors from over 100 countries, as counted by the Berlin organisers.
