In the long-term we are concerned that our employees should take on the responsibility for life-long learning – to secure their jobs and our locations, and to win a critical competitive advantage for HOPPECKE. We are therefore continuing our training offensive in our new financial year 2008, once again with the objective of training each of our employees at least once. In support of this aim the HOPPECKE Academy – as the “university” of all HOPPECKE employees worldwide – has for the first time issued a handbook of HOPPECKE seminars in Germany, which are open to employees everywhere.
The Academy organises and leads seminars and training courses designed to meet the needs of both individuals and target groups. In addition, alongside regular standard seminars, individual training sessions are also provided. The training needs established through our personnel development instruments are the remit for the Academy to organise the training measures to be implemented by you. |
