Personnel policy

Our personnel policy
Our personnel policy and our practical personnel work are based on our company principles and therefore form an essential part of our corporate strategy. There are three characteristic elements: willingness to perform, motivation, and shared responsibility.

For many years now, HOPPECKE personnel policy has been geared to the promotion and constant development of the partnership between the company and the people to whom it is entrusted. This policy finds its concrete expression in a range of instruments which allow our dynamic and forward-looking employees to participate in the company in a variety of ways, but also make demands of them too. A precondition for the use of these instruments is the willingness and the ability of our employees to accept personal responsibility.

The partnership participation instruments, which are under constant development, are on the one hand material and on the other hand non-material, but are to be seen as an entity – just like the two sides of a medallion. The most important non-material participation instruments are personnel development, agreed objectives, group and team work, project management, and information and communication management. The most important material
participation instruments are our profit participation scheme, which has now been running for over 30 years, variable reward systems, and the involvement of all employees in the company’s results and in making suggestions for improvements.
