HOPPECKE at the railway trade fair InnoTrans 2010 in Berlin: From 21-24 September, HOPPECKE presented itself successfully as a supplier of sustainable energy solutions at the world trade fair for railway technology in Berlin.
HOPPECKE has positioned itself as the partner for efficient system solutions involving railway batteries and is therefore well prepared to meet the challenges of the future. The ability to offer all technical systems from a single source – this is unique in the sector, making possible the ideal solution for each customer specification. In addition to the still unique fibre-structured technology for extreme requirements, HOPPECKE also offers lead-acid components and the advanced nickel-metal-hydride technology, the most sophisticated form of alkaline battery for industrial applications, plus solutions involving Li-Ion technology. This makes possible a direct comparison of the various technical systems, in terms of dimensions and weight, for the same performance.
One of the largest research and development departments in the sector and the excellent customer service through the company’s own extensive sales and service network ensure energy solutions geared to sustainability.
The attractive force of the world’s leading trade fair for rail transport technology was this year greater than ever before, with a total of altogether 106,612 visitors from 110 countries. That is 20% more than the attendance at InnoTrans 2008. HOPPECKE, as the largest manufacturer of industrial battery systems in European ownership, draws an extremely positive conclusion from InnoTrans 2010.
