HOPPECKE heading for a training rate of 10 % of all employees

Increasingly demanding requirements call for the earliest possible involvement of suitable junior employees in many positions in the company.

In the future, we shall intensify our provision of dual study options in various career fields (metallurgy, electrical engineering and IT).
Through this, we shall be able to integrate highly trained staff with well-founded specialist knowledge into our company structure to meet the challenges of the future.
In the training year 2015, we are aiming for a training rate of 10 %. In June 2011, as part of the project “The Big Six – the six major industrial firms in Brilon – present themselves”, HOPPECKE explained itself to students of business colleges and academic high schools.

Many young people made use of this opportunity to get to know the companies in an uncomplicated manner, at the same time informing themselves with regard to training options, combined study paths (training + study) and possible
careers.
Our personnel management are very happy to inform achievementoriented students at any time, also outside of this event.
