This seal of quality is awarded on behalf of the „Arbeitsgemeinschaft für Partnerschaft in der Wirtschaft e.V.“ (AGP) [Association for Partnership in Business] for special performance in the fields of economic success, management in a spirit of partnership, leadership and cooperation, and conditions of work. The decision that HOPPECKE had made the best application, worthy of 4 stars, was made by a committee of experts composed of high-ranking representatives from the fields of business, science and politics. The measurement of employer attractiveness was made on the basis of an anonymous survey of employees. In addition there were interviews with senior management and the Works Committee, and the instruments for employee participation were reviewed. The results of the survey of 100 employees was eagerly awaited: they gave HOPPECKE a good report! Especially positive ratings were given to individual development of staff, and to the offer of training as part of a framework of life-long learning. The confidence of superiors in their team members and the scope for working on one’s own responsibility also received above-average marks. We are delighted that HOPPECKE is regarded as an attractive and successful employer both within and outside the company. To ensure that this is also true in the future, we shall continue to set the benchmark for other companies and, in particular, we shall determine the potential for optimizing cooperation, in regular dialogue with our staff.
