What I love about my job is being able to work on exciting projects all over the world from right here in the German countryside. This makes it easy for me to combine my career and family life.

"As a local lad, I knew I wanted to stay in the Sauerland after finishing my apprenticeship and degree. Since starting work in quality assurance at HOPPECKE, I've been able to constantly develop my skills. I now work in product design, and have also been ATEX officer (explosion protection) since 2015. I work together closely with our European subsidiaries and help implement our German standards abroad. This is an exciting challenge, and it is interesting to discover cultural differences.
I design new products every day, and accompany the entire development process from the initial idea to the final product. I work on projects around the whole world, and I'm thankful that being at HOPPECKE has given me this opportunity."
