With the mobile turn-key loading and changing station trak | systemizer powercube, HOPPECKE now offers the possibility to change and charge the drive batteries of industrial trucks in the spacious outdoor area instead of in the narrow interior of factory or logistics halls. This solution creates space that can be used in the buildings for the core business and also provides flexibility, e. g. during peak order periods with high workloads.
The mobile charging station comes in three selectable sizes and is ready for use at the customer's premises. Lighting, ventilation system and heating are already installed, as well as the ventilation control and acid collection troughs. The trak | systemizer powercube can be planned with a capacity of 2x 80 or 48 V batteries up to 18x 24 V batteries and can be flexibly expanded or reduced at any time. All types of batteries can be charged and changed in the station. This means that new purchases or battery type changes in the intralogistics fleet are always compatible with the new HOPPECKE charging station.
This mobile solution offers customers flexibility, for example, when more material handling equipment is used than usual during peak order periods. This also includes the seasonal business, for example in beverage logistics. Since the HOPPECKE trak | systemizer powercube requires nothing more than an electrical connection on the part of the customer, it can be installed in a variable way outside the factory premises. This eliminates many of the problems encountered with indoor charging stations to date: the valuable space in the real estate can be used for the core business and high insurance costs in areas such as brand sensitive areas can be saved.

The charging container allows both lateral and horizontal replacement of the traction batteries. For difficult climatic conditions, additional heaters are also available in addition to the basic equipment. The trak | systemizer powercube can be installed with additional services such as conductor rails with outlet boxes, sunshield or a water treatment system. The charging and changing station is of course also compatible with the HOPPECKE monitoring systems for fleets such as trak | collect, currently the most intelligent controller for lead-acid batteries.
