grid | power VR X & VRX-FT

The grid | power VR X series is a further development of the AGM batteries in ESS technology introduced by HOPPECKE in 2011 with the aim of further increasing the energy and power density.  

Without sacrificing durability, this has been achieved through thinner electrodes in conjunction with a more noble grid material and innovative electrode design. With the same cell volume, thinner electrodes favour the exchange of charge carriers, reduce internal resistance and improve high-current capability, which ultimately benefits the energy efficiency of the storage unit. 

Increases of up to 15% in energy density and 2% in power density impressively confirm the performance gain of this series, which also shines with its high durability in cycles.  

Designed as a top and front terminal variant, it is a preferred and proven product in both UPS and telecom applications.
