HOPPECKE is now officially one of the 500 global market leaders in Germany. This puts us in the same league as well-known companies and economic giants in Germany - a milestone for our company that we are proud of!
What is behind the list of world market leaders?
This exclusive list is published annually by WirtschaftsWoche (WiWo) and is based on the analysis of Prof Dr Christoph Müller from the University of St. Gallen. Companies must fulfil strict criteria to be included:
- Global market leadership in at least one relevant segment
- At least 50% of sales abroad and on three continents
- Annual turnover of at least 50 million euros
- Partial German ownership
In the current issue of WirtschaftsWoche, HOPPECKE is presented as one of the newcomers - including an interview with our managing partner Dr Marc Zoellner.
Our strategic decisions and efforts over the last few years are now bearing fruit and confirming the path we have taken.
It goes on - Platinum and TOP award for HOPPECKE
We received further confirmation of this in January when we were once again awarded the Platinum Medal by EcoVadis. We were awarded the highest possible recognition for the second time in a row - a strong sign of our continuous commitment and sustainable endeavours. This puts us in the top 1% of companies rated by EcoVadis in the last 12 months. We have already reported on this here.
But that's not all: we can also look forward to another Top Employer certification from the Top Employer Institute in 2025.
