The factory of the future is digital and connected - and it is already reality in some ways today. At the leading international trade fair for intralogistics, CeMAT in Hanover, HOPPECKE will be presenting connected energy solutions and innovative products for the electric drive of industrial trucks at the end of the month (23 to 27 April).
CeMAT will be held under the motto "Logistics 4.0 meets Industry 4.0". In an increasingly networked and automated production, intralogistics is becoming a central success factor. The opportunities of customer-specific production up to lot size 1 require flexible production processes. This makes the provision of materials all the more demanding. For intralogistics, HOPPECKE offers batteries for driving forklifts and other industrial trucks, as well as chargers and systems and even an autonomous and mobile outdoor charging station.
Interconnectivity enables optimum fleet management in the intralogistics fleet
It is important for the customer that hardware and tools are intelligently combined to form an exactly fitting solution. HOPPECKE will demonstrate what these solutions can look like at CeMAT. The integration of all components of an intralogistics fleet helps to reduce costs, prevent downtimes and create transparency. The intelligent control of the overall energy system not only optimises the use of batteries and thus extends their service life. Defects and malfunctions can be detected and rectified at an early stage. The evaluation of the constantly collected data makes it possible to operate optimal fleet management.
Lecture on the possibilities of the networked traction battery
HOPPECKE product manager Dr.-Ing Manuel Strugholtz will give an overview of the possibilities of the networked traction battery in his specialist lecture. It informs about the requirements that networked fleet and energy management places on the system architecture. For various applications, it will show how communication infrastructure and interfaces must be designed. The presentation will take place on Thursday, 26 April from 14:00 to 14:30 in Hall 27, Stand E84.
