As a local business, we’re proud to support Stoke-on-Trent Foodbank.
Christmas gifts
Just before Christmas 2022 we delivered 20 presents containing toys. Our HR manager Lynne Morris (pictured here with general manager Stuart Browne) kindly collected them. Huge thanks to staff, friends and neighbours for their generosity. In addition, the business made a donation of £750.
Support Stoke-on-Trent Foodbank
So, why do we do it? It’s very simple. The charity helps local people in crisis. Its mission is clear. Nobody in the community should go hungry. We’re delighted to support Stoke-on-Trent Foodbank and its important work.
Helping local people
Essentially, the charity is part of a nationwide network of foodbanks. They receive support from The Trussell Trust. Last year, Stoke-on-Trent Foodbank gave food to 15,000 people. Typically, this consists of three-day emergency supplies. Over a third of the food went to local children.
You can help
Often, people are keen to help. It’s just that they’re unsure how to go about it. Stoke-on-Trent Foodbank is looking for volunteers. Naturally, it‘s grateful for financial aid. And it always welcomes donations of food. Find out how you can support Stoke-on-Trent Foodbank.
