HOPPECKE receives the 2023 Customer Satisfaction Award from CATL, the leading global market leader in lithium-ion batteries for electric vehicles and energy storage systems.
Under the motto "Contemporary of Legend", the "2024 CATL Overseas Service Agent Conference" took place from March 13th to 15th in Bangkok with CATL's global partners and service management. Also attending was #TeamHOPPECKE, which has been one of CATL's main Europe-wide service partners for commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance of CATL Energy storages systems for over four years.
During the event, not only were partnerships strengthened and ideas exchanged, but selected partners were also honoured for special achievements. Our HOPPECKE Service was honoured together with 2 other partners with the "Global Customer Satisfaction Award" for special achievements in customer satisfaction. Kai Köllermann, Head of HOPPECKE Service, took the award on behalf of HOPPECKE Service.
