Customer Training

In addition to product documentation, technical training courses provide in-depth knowledge of operation, maintenance and repair. In accordance with the service concept, topics are covered, starting with electrochemical reactions in the energy storage system, through the replacement of components and the parameterisation of systems. In practical exercises on the product and software, the knowledge is further expanded.

The agenda can be adapted to customer requirements and the training locations can vary from the HOPPECKE training centre to practical seminars on-site and can be selected individually by the customer.

Competent trainers with many years of experience in product application and knowledge of the manufacturer run the seminars on the basis of proven concepts.

The offer is rounded off by exams and certificates are issued to the participants by the company's own HOPPECKE Academy.
