That is why for over 30 years we have offered them the chance to have a stake in the company's success by purchasing participation rights. Today, over 50% of our employees invest in our common future and benefit from the success of our company. In the financial year 2015, we were able to pay 8.1% on the nominal value of the HOPPECKE participation rights in shared profits.
