HOPPECKE Academy
We founded the HOPPECKE Academy as a kind of "university" for all HOPPECKE employees worldwide. The HOPPECKE Academy designs, organises and runs training sessions focused on real qualification needs. These include standard seminars on issues such as corporate culture, management training, specialist and methodological skills, languages or legal provisions. Beyond this, we develop individual seminars and training programmes for specific groups and needs. The HOPPECKE Academy also looks after international staff during their training period in Germany, recruits both internal and external trainers, and supports them when they train in our international subsidiaries.
The task of the HOPPECKE Academy is to continue the global training campaign started by our Managing Partner Dr Marc Zoellner, and to ensure that every employee completes at least one training programme every year. Long term, we aim to encourage our employees to take responsibility for lifelong learning, help them master new challenges, and keep their expertise up to date to ensure the innovation, quality and absolute customer focus that are the foundations of our company's success.
When we train our employees, our goal is for every one of them to be able to do their job better than the equivalent employee of our competitors.
1. Training programmes:
HOPPECKE's vision and mission require our employees to develop new skills and agile ways of working, making them the main sources for training in the HOPPECKE Academy. To achieve our vision and mission, we have therefore developed tailored international training programmes for essential tasks in the business:
- Sales ⇒ Certified Sales Engineer
- Project management ⇒ Certified Project Manager
- HOPPECKE Learning Workspace (HOPP.LA): LEAN thinking in production, development and administration
2. Individual professional development:
Individual professional development is very important to us. That is why we don't just rely on standard training programmes, but also identify employees' real development needs in goal agreements and development reviews. We then respond to these needs with internal or external measures, always with the aim of sustainably building and transferring knowledge in mind.
